BlueTech Workforce Accelerator
a partnership with Bay Area colleges
Melanie Dixon, President, College of Alameda
The BlueTech Workforce Accelerator creates positions for young people of college age. Our program arrives with the Fall Semester, 2025, vis a vis guest speakers, field trips, fundraising, and EIN’s connection to the Bay Area’s Blue Economy.
Our BlueTech Workforce Accelerator expands College of Alameda’s successful MESA internship program, placing students at companies that are a fit for their skills and career aspirations.
We target increased growth of College of Alameda’s program from fifty to a total seventy-five placements, significant expansion of career paths and opportunities for participating students.
